Who We Are

Opened in 2010 and located in the heart of West Seattle, The Beer Junction is a beer bar and bottle shop with 35+ rotating taps and over 1,000 different beers, wines, ciders, and more in stock.

We are committed to serving you the highest quality beverages in a fun, comfortable environment so you can relax and have a good time. We hope that you feel like The Beer Junction is as much your home as ours.

So whether you're coming in with friends to grab some drinks and catch up or you're sipping on a beer while you shop to stock your fridge, our friendly beertenders will make sure you find what you're looking for and have a great time doing it.

Sunday: 11:00am-11:00pm

Monday-Thursday: Noon - 11:00pm

Friday-Saturday: Noon - 12:00am

Last call at the bar is 30 minutes before close.

Location

We are located in the West Seattle Junction at 4511 California Ave SW between SW Alaska St and SW Oregon St.  We are on the west side of the street—the same side as Easy Street Records, Lady Jaye, and Chase Bank.

Street parking is free for 2 hours or there is paid parking behind our building,

 

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Per our license, we are 21+ only. Unfortunately, that also includes children and babies - even if you are just here to shop.

    We are considered a Tavern by the WA State LCB. (RCW 66.44.310)

  • Yes! We allow dogs but have a few rules.

    No barking. Dogs who bark will be warned once and asked to leave if they bark again.

    Dogs cannot sit in aisles or block walkways.

    Dogs must be well-behaved, on a leash, and not bother other patrons.

  • There is 2-hour street parking and a paid parking lot behind the building.

  • Yes! You can bring in your own, clean growler for us to fill or we sell our own branded growlers. We also have a crowler machine.

  • Yes! Legally, one of us needs to open the container for you. We charge a small corkage fee for each bottle or can.

  • We’re always looking for folks who are passionate about craft beer!

  • We serve a variety of small bites and snacks at the bar, including soft pretzels, nachos, Olli charcuterie packs, and more.

    You are always welcome to bring in outside food from any of our lovely neighbors as well!

  • Yes! You can grab a flight of 4, 5, or 8 different 4oz pours.

  • Yes! We offer gift certificates in any amount both in-store or you can use this link to buy online and have it sent by email or USPS.

  • Yes. Ask any employee for the password.
